[*]Develop and manage sales channels in Germany, including distributors, EPCs, and installers;
[*]在德国开发并管理分销渠道，包括分销商、EPC和安装商等；
[*]Drive direct sales to C&I customers (e.g. rooftop PV + storage, peak shaving, self-consumption optimization);
[*]面向工商业客户开展直接销售（如屋顶光伏+储能、削峰填谷、自发自用优化等）；
[*]Deliver full-cycle sales: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closing;
[*]覆盖销售全流程，包括客户开发、方案推介、商务谈判与合同签署；
[*]Gather market insights on policies, competitors, and application trends in Germany’s C&I storage sector;
[*]跟踪德国储能市场趋势、政策、客户需求及竞品动态；
[*]Coordinate internally with technical support, logistics, and after-sales teams to deliver seamless execution.
[*]与总部技术、物流、售后团队协同，推动项目顺利交付。
Requirements | 任职要求
[*]3+ years sales experience in renewable energy, preferably in C&I solar, storage, or power electronics;
[*]具备3年以上新能源行业销售经验，优先考虑有工商业光伏、储能或电力电子设备销售背景者；
[*]Proven channel sales experience – distributor management, onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle control;
[*]有渠道销售和分销商管理经验（拓展、培训、激励、评估等）；
[*]Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus, but not mandatory;
[*]英语流利，可作为工作语言；懂德语者优先，但不是硬性要求；
[*]Strong self-drive and entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently and deliver results;
[*]自驱力强，具备创业心态，可独立开展工作并达成销售目标。
[*]Candidates with established channel resources in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector will be given priority.
