My assumption is that a English Major student will be qualified for this on the following conditions:

1. a professional dictionary, in case we can not google the technical terms" }4 d6 c; F! w5 S8 |# v* Z3 c$ r+ s
2. a lot of communication between translator and author# s  i+ ^' w6 W0 q  Z9 b
