# o9 v1 C+ @. S4 RIt is true that MBA (Master of Business Administration) is a dedicated degree. In Germany, there are only a couple of business schools that can provide such a degree. 9 A7 Z, ^9 Y4 j: f. s6 \( i

Therefore, as you said, the ordinary German Diplom BWL cannot be translated into Master of Business Administration. In fact, Diplom-Kaufmann/kauffrau (Diplom BWL) is often translated to Master of Science in Business Administration/Management.

V1 ?* C6 }# [6 {6 ~A variety of translations may appear. Maybe some dictionaries translate Diplom-Kaufmann into Master of Science in Business Economics or something else literally. Nevertheless, such a translation is not correct. As a matter of fact, Master of Science in Business Administration/Management is the widespread designation on an international basis. |
