呵呵，你误会post-graduate了，这个泛指第一学位后的学习，并非特指post-doctor。另外法国学位体系不同于德国，其博士前有一个预备阶段，硬要比的话，相当于美国博士的qualify。

it is my print mistake , and also because i do not know post-graduate  and  Post-doctorates are different.

but on the web-site it writes Post-doctorates ------------ " bo shi hou "  but i and i print it here post-graduate,  bcs i consider they are same. (i could not remeber how to spell doctorates correctly :)

simplely you can go www.daad.de

normlly for phd ,english (toefl up 550) german is not required, but if you do teaching staff. like tutrial. you should know german.

my father is a  professor majored in german language, 35 years work exp.
