Job Role and Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain good performance of the deployed testers, automation machines, and production lines, provide on-site technical support, and collaborate with teams to enhance test station efficiency. Ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues. 2. Troubleshoot and debug automated test systems and automation machines onsite, collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineers. 3. Coordinate resources with HQ for equipment issues that the onsite team cannot resolve. 4. Manage deployment and OSS for new testers and automation systems, and take over long-term service after installation 5. Provide technical support and training to customer production or field teams regarding the deployed machines. 6. Customer facing and collaboration, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 7. Offer pre-sales assistance and post-sales support.
Required Qualifications and Skills 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. Proficient in any one of the fields among EMS ICT/FCT testing machines, automation machines, auto production lines, and semiconductor manufacturing or electronics product testing. 3. Minimum 3 years working experience in maintaining and troubleshooting this type of equipment and systems, experience in providing technical support to the customer support team 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. High sense of responsibility, strong result-oriented working attitude 6. Willing to travel overseas to support other regions in case of need Better to have 1. Hardware design concepts, including analog, digital, and embedded systems. 2. Proficient in National Instruments LabVIEW; experience in TestStand preferred. 3. Experienced in automated functional testing methods (HIL and SIL). 4. Knowledge of source code control systems (e.g., Git) and software debugging tools; skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in ICT and FCT ATE systems. 5. Certifications or formal training in LabVIEW (e.g., Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer - CLAD) are advantageous. 6. Knowledge of communication protocols such as GPIB and experience with PXI, cRIO, or cDAQ hardware platforms.
