近日，“一带一路”国家经贸合作研修班一行到访国际商事争端预防与解决组织（ICDPASO）（厦门）代表处。

厦门代表处高级顾问吴少鹰就ICDPASO的成立背景、资源优势以及核心业务等方面进行了详细介绍。他指出，作为“一带一路”高峰论坛成果之一，ICDPASO致力于为“一带一路”沿线国家和地区提供专业、高效的商事法律服务。同时，也非常欢迎更多相关商事和法律服务机构共同加入到ICDPASO会员网络中来，秉承共商共建共享原则，共同携手推进全球贸易和投资自由便利化进程。

A delegation from the “Belt and Road” Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation Seminar visited the Xiamen Representative Office




Xiamen, June 23, 2025 - A delegation from the “Belt and Road” Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation Seminar visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office.




Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the Xiamen Representative Office, introduced ICDPASO’s background, resource advantages, core business, and other key aspects in detail. He pointed out that as one of the outcomes of “Belt and Road” Summit Forum, ICDPASO is committed to providing professional and efficient commercial legal services to countries and regions along the Belt and Road. Meanwhile, ICDPASO welcomes more commercial and legal services agencies to join the member network to work together toward promoting the liberalization and facilitation of global trade and investment, under the principle of joint construction and sharing.

国际商事争端预防与解决组织成立于2020年10月15日，是在中国贸促会倡议支持推动下，由中国国际商会联合有关国家商协会、法律服务机构、高校智库等共同发起设立的非政府间国际组织。争端解决组织的宗旨是为全球工商界提供国际化、专业化、便利化公共法律服务，推进打造国际化、法治化营商环境，推动构建公正合理的国际经济秩序。

International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) , a non-governmental international organization, was established on October 15, 2020. Supported and initiated by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, ICDPASO was set up by China Chamber of International Commerce, along with commercial associations, legal service agencies, universities and think tanks across the world. The purpose of ICDPASO is to provide international, professional and convenient public legal services for the global business community, promote a safer and law-based global business environment, and advance the construction of a fair and reasonable international economic order.
