职位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机等相关专业。
  
• 1-3年电子产品检测相关经验，熟悉RMA流程。
  
• 能够熟练使用各种电子测量工具，如万用表、示波器等。
  
• 良好的故障分析能力，能独立定位和解决问题。
  
• 熟悉常见的电子元器件、线路板结构及工作原理。
  
• 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。

JobDescription:

As an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Product Test Engineer, you will beresponsible for testing returned electronic products, performing thorough faultanalysis, and ensuring the accurate identification of product issues. You willprovide technical support for product improvement and quality control. Thisposition requires experience in electronic product testing and troubleshootingskills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing     and fault analysis of returned electronic products to accurately reproduce     issues.
  
• Prepare detailed test reports     in line with company procedures and provide technical support.
  
• Collaborate with R&D and     production teams to promptly report issues and drive improvements.
  
• Participate in product testing     plans and quality control to ensure products meet design requirements and     customer standards.
  
• Provide customer support by     addressing inquiries related to returned product testing.
  
• Maintain testing equipment and     tools, ensuring the test environment is in optimal condition.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in     Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
  
• 1-3 years of experience in     electronic product testing, familiar with RMA processes.
  
• Proficiency in using various     electronic measurement tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
  
• Strong fault analysis skills     and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues.
  
• Familiarity with common     electronic components, PCB structures, and operating principles.
  
• Good communication skills and     the ability to work collaboratively in a team, with the ability to work     under pressure.
