求助：关于签证到期的问题，急！

向各位问一个问题，我的学生签证10月7日到期，临时决定回国，可是我订的机票最早只能是10月20日的，请问出关的时候会有问题吗？还是一定要再去延签？
我下个星期基本没有时间，如果一定要延签，晚几天有关系吗？会有处罚吗？
请熟悉德国签证制度的朋友指教，多谢！

晚几天签证没问题，我周日签证到期，今天才想起来去签的，他们也没问，直接签了
但是晚太多总不合适吧
