认识的做学问的牛人有在读博期间就当上Group Leader的，也有读博一毕业就开始做Habilitation的。

博士后是英美教育制度下的产物，德国现在是有了，但觉得在德国读博士后无论对于是想争钱的人还是想做学问的人都是最后的选择……

不管是读博还是博后，写proposal申请基金都是天经地义的事。你自己用的钱不就是别人申请来的项目嘛。申请来的项目，自己做当然理所当然，自己不做，当别人去做，也很正常，教授那边的项目总是要有一定的连续性啊。
就是不明白LZ为什么会因为这点事大呼小叫，想来是在德国待的时间还不够长。

德语不会，英语不好。留在大学里怎么混，最起码教学任务怎么完成？

大学除非给你是终身合同否则最多在大学只能呆12年。12年后必须走人。除非你老板给你终身合同否则不要在大学长呆
