甘肃省作为“一带一路”倡议中的重要节点，拥有得天独厚的地理优势和丰富的文化资源。位于甘肃省省会兰州的西北民族大学，凭借其在教育学甘肃省重点学科优势，具备举办高水平国际会议的能力和条件。兰州市作为甘肃省的政治、经济、文化中心，具有广泛的国际影响力和吸引力。举办此次国际会议，旨在以兰州市为桥头堡，汇聚国内外教育领域的专家学者，通过深入的国际探讨和交流，集中教育智慧，深化沿线国家在教育领域的合作。会议将推动教育资源的共建共享，促进教育数字化转型，提升教育质量，为“一带一路”沿线国家的教育发展提供新的思路和解决方案。此次会议，将为全球教育合作与发展贡献中国智慧和中国方案，推动构建人类命运共同体。

（1）论文选题要求与论坛主题相关，可围绕相关议题自拟题目。
（2）有意参会的专家学者，请于8月20日前将参会论文全文发送到会务组邮箱jkymeeting@xbmu.edu.cn，邮件主题为“国籍-单位+姓名+论文题目”。
会议论文应是未公开发表的原创学术论文，具有理论前瞻性和重要现实意义，研究方法规范，观点明确，材料翔实，论证充分。页面统一按照A4纸排版，字数8000-15000字（含参考文献），中英文均可，中文稿件需附英文题目、摘要。请提交word格式论文以便编辑会议论文集，参会论文中应包含中英文题目、摘要、关键词、作者姓名、职称、单位、通讯地址、电话号码和E-mail。
9月10日前发送参会论文录用通知。

Conference Overview
In the digital era, educational cooperation has emerged as a globally recognized priority. The rapid advancement of information technologies has significantly broadened the application of digital tools in education, making innovation in pedagogical models and educational content a critical driver of progress.The Belt and Road Initiative (B&R), proposed by China as a key platform for global collaboration and development, not only fosters economic partnerships among participating countries but also opens up new avenues for educational cooperation. Such cooperation facilitates policy coordination in education, talent cultivation, and, more importantly, strengthens people-to-people connectivity by deepening mutual understanding and trust among nations. Through cross-border educational collaboration, cultural exchanges can be enhanced, and professionals with a global vision can be nurtured, thereby laying a solid foundation for shared prosperity and sustainable development across B&R partner countries.
Gansu Province, strategically positioned within the Belt and Road Initiative, enjoys unique geographical advantages and rich cultural resources. Northwest Minzu University, located in Lanzhou—the provincial capital—serves as a key institution in education with strong academic capacity and robust infrastructure, making it well-equipped to host high-level international conferences. As the political, economic, and cultural center of Gansu, Lanzhou also holds growing international visibility and appeal.
This international conference aims to position Lanzhou as a gateway for international educational cooperation, bringing together leading scholars and experts from both China and abroad. Through in-depth dialogue and exchange, the event will leverage global expertise to deepen educational collaboration among Belt and Road partner countries. It will promote the joint development and sharing of educational resources, accelerate the digital transformation of education, and enhance educational quality—offering innovative strategies and actionable solutions for educational advancement across the Belt and Road regions.
By contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global educational cooperation, this event will further the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

This topic explores how digital technologies are creating new possibilities for education, including the development of online learning platforms, interactive teaching tools, and their applications in improving student learning outcomes and enhancing instructional effectiveness.
2.Cross-Border Knowledge Sharing
This topic examines the role of digital platforms in facilitating the global exchange of high-quality educational resources, with particular emphasis on ensuring equitable access for students and educators in Belt and Road Initiative partner countries.
3. Educational Collaboration
This topic analyzes the alignment of educational policies across nations and explores ways to strengthen international educational connectivity through multilateral policy dialogue and collaborative initiatives.

3. Paper Submission Guidelines
(1)Submitted papers should align with the overall conference theme and may address one or more of the listed sub-topics. Authors are encouraged to propose original titles within the thematic scope.
(2) Interested scholars are invited to submit full papers to the conference committee via email at jkymeeting@xbmu.edu.cn no later than August 20, 2025. Please format the email subject line as follows: “Country + Institution + Name + Paper Title.”
4. Paper Submission Requirements
(1) Originality & Scope:
Submitted papers must be original, unpublished scholarly works that demonstrate strong theoretical insight and significant practical relevance.
Submissions should employ sound research methodologies, present clearly articulated arguments, and include well-documented data and rigorous analysis.
(2) Formatting Guidelines:
Page Setup: A4 format;
Length: 8,000-15,000 words (including references);
Language: Submissions are accepted in either Chinese or English. Chinese manuscripts must include an English title and abstract.
(3) Submission Details:
Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word format to facilitate the compilation of conference proceedings.
Each submission must include the following: title, abstract, keywords, author's name, professional title, institutional affiliation, postal address, phone number, and email address.
(4) Acceptance Notification:
Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their papers by September 10, 2025.
Conference Fees
There is no registration fee for this international conference. However, participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
