PLC智能控制系统：实现环保高效、无粉尘生产PLC intelligent control system: to achieve environmental protection and high efficiency, dust-free production由于本项目产品涵盖颗粒料、粉料和超细粉等不同粒径的产品，超细粉比表面积大，物料间摩擦力大，流动性差，工艺复杂，因此，对储仓出料系统要求比较高。实荣技术中心结合项目具体情况，通过采用“破拱+助流”双措施保证超细粉顺利出料。同时，为了提高细粉回收率，实现环保高效、无粉尘生产，公司对项目粉磨系统采用全密封负压，通过PLC智能控制系统，实现了远程集中控制、智能控料及高效生产。Since the products of this project include granular materials, Ultrafine powder has a large specific surface area, large friction between materials, and poor fluidity， and the process is complex, therefore, the requirements for the silo discharge system are relatively high. In combination with the specific conditions of the project, SRON Technology Center adopts the dual measures of "arch breaking + flow aid" to ensure the smooth discharge of ultrafine powder. At the same time, in order to improve the recovery rate of fine powder and achieve environmentally friendly, efficient and dust-free production, the company adopts a fully sealed negative pressure for the project's grinding system, and realizes remote centralized control, intelligent material control and efficient production through the PLC intelligent control system.非常规吊装方案：解决吊装吨位大、难度高问题Unconventional lifting solutions: solving the problem of large and difficult lifting tonnages项目自开工以来就面临工程量大、工期紧、工程难度高的难题和考验。其中，在项目吊装过程中，由于主体钢结构位于筒仓安装之后，吊装吨位大，吊装高度较高，且面临机械设备功率受到严重制约、天气恶劣等不利因素的影响，给吊装施工带来了较大阻力。面对上述情况，实荣工程中心研究制定专项吊装方案，采用地面拼装、分块吊装、个别抬吊等非常规吊装方案，并安排现场管理人员和安全人员全程指挥和监督，确保安全吊装。Since the commencement of the project, the project has been facing the difficulties and tests of large construction volume, tight schedule and high engineering difficulty. In the face of the above situation, SRON studied and formulated a special lifting plan, adopted unconventional lifting schemes such as ground assembly, block lifting, individual lifting, etc., and arranged on-site management personnel and safety personnel to command and supervise the whole process to ensure safe lifting.
