It is very quiet inside the room. It is rented furnished. The tenant has his own bathroom (5 m²) with shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a spacious common room (31 m²) with a large modern kitchen, piano, living and dining area. The hallway (8 m²) has shoe cabinets and wardrobes, which are of course also shared. The apartment has a large terrace (11 m²) and a small garden. In total, the roommates have 15 m² of space for personal use (bathroom and room) and 44 m² for common use (total own space + common area 59 m²). The price for a furnished room with large common area is 690 €. Additional costs of 160 € include heating, electricity, radio, property tax and internet. Location: A 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn Neuaubing (S8) and about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. Lidl is a 4-minute walk away and Edeka is a 5-minute walk away.
