楼主给dessau检察院发建议信了？具体怎么写的，能不能贴上来看看？请外国专家费用应该不小，楼主准备承担多少呢？

另外，楼主说的李博士的声誉也不算怎么好吧，还被质疑过销毁犯罪证据。不知道楼主具体怎么会想起这么个人的？
