查了下，貌似挣得不算很低，按一天8小时来算，一个月22天就是176个小时，时薪也有13,8到15,8欧了，保姆都拿 ...
真心不低，而且他们应该是每周30小时，加上各种学习，开会，请假，罢工之类的，实际工作时间和工资是可以的。
不过人是永远不会知足的。
我个人对我们的幼儿园很有看法，是 AWO的。虽然他们这次没罢工，但是消极怠工，没事把健康的孩子都赶回家，美其名曰：关心孩子，觉得他/她是xx病，你们去看医生，下周就别来了。。。好几次了，我当场指出她所谓的病没有相应的症状，她说：我不是医生我不管，就是觉得他病了。。。
就是秀才遇到兵，不由分说。这是周三下午，没法看医生，好了，周四折腾一上午终于排到我们了，医生一看，什么病没有，问了是什么幼儿园，说他家老让没病的孩子来看病。儿童医生直摇头！回家吃完午饭就不去了。周五应该又可以送了，结果早上小的开始发烧，天哪！没病看病最后真弄病了，就这样折腾家长。
当然我们不是唯一的，有一天早上送孩子，快十点了，二十个孩子的班，实际才来了6，7个，老师不要太轻松欧！
昨天看新闻 说我们北部这边一直没谈拢 可能会罢工到暑假 也就是7月中旬~~~ 晴天霹雳啊 多耽误事儿啊 建议直接提高家长的Elternbeitrag 发给老师不就完了么！！！！

Agree on this. In my son's kindergarten everyday about 20% of people "krank", and they would stay home for one week in a row. This is definitely not reasonable in my opinion. Of course the remaining teachers would feel overloaded. And as some other mom mentioned, they send kids to doctors with no reason. Several times they told me "he had diarrhea, you have to keep him home for 2 days at least." Then he doesn't have diarrhea at all at home. Once I asked the teacher to keep his diaper if it happens again so that I can take a sample to do some lab work, then it never happened again.
I don't believe always there are 20% really sick. I don't know how does the system work, but I would rather that they cut 15% positions and pay the rest better, then maybe they will be more motivated to work more efficiently.
I'm in Stuttgart. During the last two weeks, only 30 kids (out of 120) were allowed to go to kita 8:00-16:00. We're lucky to be one of these 30 although this time schedule is not convenient at all. Yesterday the teacher told me they would open normally today (5.22) and then 2 days in next week (5.26, 5.27). Then on 28th there would be a meeting. Then what would happen depends on the result of the meeting. Would it be better to go to a private one?

你们问过儿童局或者什么机构能退钱吗？托管费和饭钱。

越想越郁闷，5月4日儿童局从我的账上划走了700多欧，有去年的补缴款，然后就开始罢工，我家儿子就一直和我商量，下学期不去全天的了，这两周都学会了如何照顾自己了，我还在犹豫那。就是为了孩子在学校出顿中饭。我们那学校也没有给学生补习这个项目，整个下午就在操场乱跑。真是闹心。
