我们学校规定的是，如果要出书，可以拖一年。

谢谢各位朋友提供有价值的信息。其实我是想等毕业了以后邀请父母到德国来玩，因此需要多于6个月的签证。现在我的签证差不多到年底，合同也是到那个时候，而答辩估计在8月底进行。所以不知道等年底再去换签证行不行，就算只拿8个月(12个月的找工作签证-从答辩到年底的4个月）的签证也没有关系。如果外管局要求一定要答辩后就去换签证，也许我只能放弃合同了，损失有点惨重的。
