关于 DivX DirectShow decoder

前阵子发神经，为了给C盘腾地方，删了一些程序，自此，浏览某些网页和使用波波虎的时候，会弹出这样的对话框：
the found DivX DirectShow decoder(divs_c32.ax) may be incompatible with the current operation systerm
please, try to install version 3.11 or 4.0+
this message will appear only once per installation
因为没有影响使用，我也没有搭理
结果前两天想把摄像机上面的视频在电脑上浏览，播放的时候才发现，视频的声音比图像滞后2，3秒钟。
想想可能跟前面对话框里面的内容有关。刚才重新下载安装了暴风，也没有用。
google了一下，说要“重新安装Divx DirectShow解码器程序”
求教高手，要如何“重新安装Divx DirectShow解码器程序”，这个程序要在哪里下载呢？

不麻烦的话，用暴风影音不？用的话卸载重装一次就好了{:4_308:}

暴风影音卸载重装了，还是一样有问题的
